You may cancel within 14 days after the contract is concluded, even after downloading. No reason is required. Your statement will be recorded for the seller to process; this form does not automatically issue a refund.

Use the order or receipt reference from your purchase. Do not enter card details. If the seller cannot immediately match the reference, your statement will still be recorded for review.

After the next review step, save your acknowledgement as a text file. Automatic email acknowledgement is currently unavailable.
