Robert Helesic is responsible for personal data used to operate this shop. We process order identifiers, product and payment status, customer contact information received through checkout, support correspondence, withdrawal statements and necessary security records. Stripe handles card entry.
We use order and support data to perform the purchase contract, accounting information to meet legal duties, and proportionate security records to protect the service against abuse. Data required to complete and support an order is necessary for that purpose. Withdrawal details are used to receive and process the cancellation request.
The website and private files are hosted on Hetzner in Germany. Stripe processes checkout and payments. Resend processes transactional product and cancellation emails. Support correspondence sent to our Gmail contact is processed by Google. These services receive the information necessary for their respective functions.
Stripe, Resend and Google may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy and transfer information is available at https://stripe.com/privacy, https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy and https://policies.google.com/privacy. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your order.
Order and cancellation records are kept for order support, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping duties. Removal is handled through manual review rather than automatic deletion of all order records. Download-link expiry does not erase the order. Daily server backups retain seven snapshots. You can request deletion of data no longer necessary for these purposes; legally required records may need to be retained.
The shop does not set advertising or analytics cookies and has no mailing-list signup. Stripe-hosted checkout uses its own payment-related technologies and privacy notice. Optional storage in downloaded tools remains in your browser.
Software checks payment status, product and amount before granting downloads. Technical rate limits and email-abuse controls can delay automated messages for manual review. Refunds and cancellation decisions are handled by the seller.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact helerob@gmail.com. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, https://uoou.gov.cz/, or your local supervisory authority.
