Terms of purchase
Small Step Works is operated by Robert Helesic. The seller is not registered for Czech VAT. Contact: helerob@gmail.com. This seller is your contract partner. Stripe processes payment.
Each product is a one-time purchase of the digital files described on its product page. There is no subscription and no physical shipment. Product language is English. The final price, currency and applicable tax are shown before payment. Review and correct the order before paying. The contract is formed when payment is accepted and we confirm the order.
After verified payment, the shop provides a private download link and sends an email containing the order details and a copy of the purchase and cancellation terms that applied when checkout was created. Keep the email and save the purchased files. Contact support if a link expires or an email does not arrive.
Files are supplied as a ZIP archive containing a PDF workbook and the particular HTML tool described on the product page. A device with a ZIP extractor, a PDF reader and a current JavaScript-enabled browser is required for the included files. Internet access is needed for purchase and download. The tracker and planner offer optional local browser storage, without encryption or cloud sync. Clearing browser data can remove saved entries. Keep your own exports or printed copies. The tools do not upload your planning entries to this shop. Download links expire after 3600 seconds; expiry limits the link, not your right to use the purchased files. Save the files and contact helerob@gmail.com with your order reference if a replacement link is needed.
You may use and print the files for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the source files. Your own entries and outputs remain yours. Examples are illustrative; no income, health or relationship outcome is guaranteed.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, even after downloading the files. Immediate access does not waive this right. Use Withdraw from contract here at https://smallstepworks.com/withdraw, or send a clear cancellation statement to helerob@gmail.com. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. We refund all payments for the cancelled purchase to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation, with no refund fee. Refunds are processed by the seller; the form does not issue an automatic refund. Stop using the files after cancellation and do not share them. Additional mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If files are missing, inaccessible or do not match their description, contact helerob@gmail.com with your order reference, the problem and your requested remedy. We acknowledge complaints and resolve them within a reasonable time, without charge or significant inconvenience. Statutory rights concerning faulty digital content remain in force, including correction, a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund where the legal conditions apply. The cancellation policy does not replace these rights.
If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute, you may seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate, ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic; adr@coi.gov.cz; https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
